About Me
Glam’s owner and Principal Planner, Damita Holbrook has a B.A. from Spelman College and a M.P.A. from Georgia State University. She has over 15 years of event and meetings experience that include high profile celebrity events, brand & product introductions, corporate conferences, golf tournaments, fundraisers, and much more. Her love and expertise in events led her to create and teach the first-ever offered event planning courses at Clayton State University. Damita’s inspiration, creativity and passion are the cornerstone of the company, yet her sophistication, style and delightful, enthusiasm are what bring the clients back event after event. Damita founded the company after years of making events happen, but sensing a need in the industry to take personalization to the next level.

Damita is a member of several networking and professional trade organizations. She also spends time volunteering for charitable organizations. In her spare time, she loves interior decorating, traveling, and entertaining. She’s even found the time to run two international marathons.
